What does the app do?
It guides you through capturing a fingerprint with your phone's camera, then converts that photo into a clean, black-and-white engraving outline used to craft your piece.
Where do my photo and details go?
Your fingerprint photo is processed entirely on your device and never leaves your phone. When you order, the finished black-and-white engraving file (labeled by position only) and the names you assign are sent to us — and we store the names in a separate database from the designs, so your identity is never embedded in the engraving file. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
The camera won't capture a clear print. What can I do?
Clean and dry the fingertip, use good lighting, and hold steady while the app captures with flash on. Center the finger within the on-screen guide. If it still struggles, email us and we'll walk you through it.
How do I make a purchase?
Purchases are completed on our website through our secure payment provider — not inside the app. The app itself contains no payment functionality.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone 12 or newer, running a current version of iOS.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your saved files in the app at any time. Your photo and identifying details are deleted immediately after your order is confirmed, and the engraving file is deleted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
