Returns, Exchanges & Limited Warranty
Cirelle Laurier is a trade name of Made Eternal LLC, 101 Creekside Xing Ste 1700-124, Brentwood, TN 37027. Made Eternal LLC is the seller of all items purchased through https://cirellelaurier.com. The policy in effect on your order date governs your purchase.
Returns
Ready-made pieces. Pieces of jewelry offered as in stock and ready to ship may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, and is returned with its original certificate and all accompanying documentation and packaging. A piece that has been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered after delivery may not be returned. Please obtain written return authorization from concierge@cirellelaurier.com before sending a piece. Approved returns are refunded as described under Return Shipping and Refunds.
Made-to-order pieces. Rings created through Design Your Own, and all other custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Except as stated in this policy or as required by law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, or a size you selected.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, if it has not entered production or shipped. Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, and resized pieces cannot be cancelled once production begins. If we cannot ship within the timeframe shown at purchase, we will notify you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Delivery, Shipping Damage, and Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Report shipping damage, a missing item, or an incorrect item within 5 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
If your order has not arrived, contact us within 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
Shipments may require a signature. Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for loss or theft. For carrier loss or damage, we will file the claim and replace or refund the item once the claim is resolved. You agree to cooperate with the claim.
Limited Warranty
Coverage. Made Eternal LLC warrants to the original purchaser that each piece will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 calendar days from delivery. This warranty is not transferable.
How to make a claim. Contact us within the warranty period with your order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue. Do not send any item without our written return authorization. Authorization does not guarantee a remedy.
Inspection and remedies. We will inspect the item and determine in good faith whether a manufacturing defect exists. If we confirm a defect, we will repair the item at no charge. If repair is not practical, we will replace it with the same or a comparable piece. If neither is possible, we will refund the purchase price paid for the item.
Exclusions. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear, including scratches, dents, patina, tarnish, or plating wear.
Damage from accidents, impact, snagging, chemicals, improper care, or misuse.
Loss of stones, unless our inspection shows a defect in the setting.
Natural characteristics of gemstones and materials.
Lost or stolen items.
Damage caused by repairs, resizing, or alterations by anyone other than us.
Third-party work does not void coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect.
No lifetime warranty. Cirelle Laurier does not offer a lifetime warranty.
Implied warranties. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT A 30-DAY LIMIT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE SHORTEST DURATION THAT LAW PERMITS. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Exclusive remedy. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. A written copy of this warranty is available free on request at concierge@cirellelaurier.com.
Return Shipping and Refunds
You are responsible for insured, trackable, signature-required shipping to us for authorized returns, and both to us and back to you for any resizing, including the complimentary resize, except where applicable law or a remedy for our error requires otherwise. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Packages sent without authorization may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
Approved refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days after we approve the refund, or sooner where required by applicable law. Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and only to the original form of payment. A gift recipient may, within 30 calendar days of delivery and under the same conditions, exchange a ready-made piece or receive store credit for its value.

Resizing
Engagement rings, wedding bands, and anniversary and eternity rings, whether ready-made or made-to-order, are eligible for one complimentary resize within six months of delivery. All other resizing, including any further resizing of those rings, is $250 per eligible piece. Shipping both ways is your responsibility for all resizing, except where applicable law or a remedy for our error requires otherwise. Not all pieces can be resized, and some sizes or designs, including many eternity rings, may require additional work or may not be resizable, which we will confirm or quote before beginning. Resized pieces are final sale. No fee applies when we correct a size we supplied incorrectly.

Your Rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
